Life is happening!

Think about the time when you were stuck in a problem and saw a dead end to your dreams and positive possibilities?

You still got out of most of them, haven't you?

Life is happening by itself. All you have to do is to sustain and do it with style. ;-)

People unnecessarily burn themselves out in order to put extra amount of effort in their work.

For example, Elon Musk puts one hundred hours of work per week.  How much of that time would he be actually  utilizing in the work of his choice?Definitely not a 100 percent. And with optimistic possibility, the number would be around 80%.

SpaceX has astounding promises for the future and he's doing a marvellous job, being the CEO. But definitely not the most balanced person out here on earth.

So, what's the work around for him?

If he spends those 20 spare hours of his work per week on relaxing, he's more likely to be more efficient and creative in his work.

Eventually, everything will end. When you yourself won't remain one day, your problems definitely wouldn't.

Then why to worry for them in the long run?

Your body and mind are flying in this universe, literally!

The Earth is moving with such a supersonic speed in this universe.

Life is like flying on a plane. You just have to sit, and sustain through the little turbulence caused by the clouds.

Also, without that turbulence and fear caused by it, the flight would be so boring!

It's fun when some clouds come in the way, maybe some thunderstorms as well, but it's lovely to see the sun again during the flight.

Remember, even the memories of the experience will eventually end. :)

Multi-dimensions

For a problem to occur in life, there can be reasons you can't even count.

Say, if you're sneezing, it could because of:

1. You got common cold.
2. Some particle stuck in your nostrils.
3. People around you are sneezing.
4. Plucking your eyebrows.
5. Sudden temperature change.

But the most negative of all reasons will catch your minds attention. That you got sick, you're gonna get fever now, what not!

Something like sneezing can have so many reasons, then why can't bigger problems have a reasons which you do not know about? Which is actual quite plain and simple to solve!

Try new things.

If your leg is hurting, running might help. Ice-cream also cures common cold.

Problems can be solved without applying linear logic. They're mostly successfully solved when you think in the cliche "Out of the box" ways.

Cheers! :)

Communication

99.9% of your problems with the people around you is solved by communication.

Really, if you're on the verge of a divorce, just speak your heart out to your partner and avoid misery.

Your boss putting a lot of work on your head? Talk it out. Nothing is actually a problem.

It's only your mind that puts a barriers for you to talk to others and get your problems solved easily.

Old pals not calling you up? YOU CALL THEM! Without a second thought.

To get some skills, watch below:

Talking to people simply solves all your problems. All of them.

You wanna BET on this?

Fmile - Fake Smile

When you're happy, you smile.

Can smiling make you happy?

Yes it can!
Even if you're doing a fake smile, it will make you happy.

See this: http://science.howstuffworks.com/life/smiling-happy.htm

More or less argumentatively, smiling makes you happy.

See how:

Smiling cures your diseases, makes your body more resistant to germs, increases your confidence and improves your image amongst your co-workers.

What more you need? Put up that fake smile immediately and you'll soon have a real one. :)

You are what you think you are!

Thinking yourself to be in depression? Well, you're going to be in it.

Thinking yourself to be a millionaire?

You ARE going to be one!

Have you heard the Secret? Here it is: The Secret.

The Secret is no more a secret. It simply says that your thoughts define your life. Period.

So, if you're planning to be rich, what do you think a rich person does?

Is he a miser? Does he grab short snacks from cheap eateries?

But if you start spending the money on things you cannot afford, you'll be done with your money shortly.

It's a good idea to think yourself into the situation first, and see the magic happening. ;-)

But hey, you cannot possibly control your mind at all times. Negative thoughts pop up and you assume that damage has been done to the thoughtful work you've done so far.

Simple solution is to do as much as you can.  And then relax. :)

1001 reasons...

There are always 1001 reasons as to why:

1. Someone doesn't take your call.
2. Your system crashes.
3. People are howling at you.
4. Your bread is stale.
5. Your dog dies.

But your brain will STICK to the one reason which puts you in a bad position. Depression follows.

Dude, it's a movie that you're watching! It's all happening! Sip a glass of milk and relax.

If that doesn't help, FORCE your brain to choose the most optimistic reason..

Doesn't take your call? Must be sleeping.
Awake? Must be thinking how to please me?
Angry? Must be moving on. Time to get a better company! :-)

Stuck at work not happening?
At least you're busy. You could be on the road, driving, and gotten yourself killed.

Linked logic..

Everything and more than everything that exists, happens, decays (blah!), has a logic behind it.

The logic cannot be understood to the depth, but it can be lived with peacefully without the floor below your feet moving away.

Like you met with a small accident on the road that has left your car a little bump, and you got down and had an argument with the driver for a while, this made you sad?

What if a fatal accident was on your way had you not met that tiny wreck?

The counter logic to this is that people will argue upon this being a pussy, but that's where intuition jumps into the scene.

Has this small mishap really caused you much harm? Is it worth arguing and worrying for hours?
Maybe your insides say that something worse could have happened...

But sometimes, the intuition instrument is out of service. Then discretion helps.
Is it more of a loss if you let the person go and let karma take care of him?
Now, what if it's your karma to punch the faulty in the face?

Then my friend, it's going to be extremely spontaneous. :-)
